Amar Alamar founded Blended Ventures to serve borrowers that institutional lenders consistently overlook — developers with strong projects but unconventional structures, investors with complex income, and business owners who need capital faster than a credit committee can approve it.

Through direct relationships across private credit funds, non-bank lenders and high-net-worth family offices, Amar personally manages every engagement. There are no hand-offs to junior staff, no call centres and no cookie-cutter solutions. Each client works with a senior adviser from the first conversation through to settlement.

His practice centres on debt and equity lending for commercial and development transactions — senior construction debt, stretch senior and mezzanine, private bridging finance, preferred equity and joint venture capital, and corporate debt and equity raising. Amar also holds a board appointment with Foundation Capital Partners, broadening his access to institutional and private capital for larger and more complex transactions.
